Absences - What to do?

It is a requirement of the DEECD that an absence note be sent to school to explain the reason for a child being away. In the case of a student being absent for an extended period of time the parent should notify the school by telephone or in writing.

Students wishing to leave school early

If parents wish to collect their children from school earlier than 3.30pm they must firstly report to the Office and complete the Early Leavers Record Book and hand the dismissal slip to the classroom teacher when collecting the child.

Students who arrive late

Students who arrive at school after 9.00am are required to sign the Sign In Book at the main office before going to class.
